I have recently switched from a gtx 1050 ti to an rx 590 fatboy. I installed the correct drivers alongside the amd software.
Im using the amd screen recording software, and here are my settings: Screenshot:Gyazo .
Also, im running windows 10 right now and my video playing software is 'Movies and TV.'
Whenever, i try to play an mp4 video in fullscreen it turns to crap(caps it at 15 fps and makes it stutter), but it works whenever i just play it windowed (this only began happening when i switched graphics cards).
