RX 590 Model

Im trying to find the model number for my RX 590 fatboy, as im trying to get it in for warranty as it can't even record and play minecraft, with an R7 200 series can. Defective card. Where is the model number for my device? I can locate the Serial Number, but dont know what the Model Number looks like so don't know what im looking for.

OP is probably looking for the XFX (6 digit ?) code, which should be on box, sticker on card or retailers receipt.
