I can not solve this problem, my monitor does not have to configure the scaling, and when I configure the amd hdmi scaling, when I set it to 5% the edges fit me, but the pc starts to hang, if someone knows how to fix it is appreciated
Update: i test the same monitor, with a r7 350 and when i use hdmi scale from amd, functionactly perfetct
