RX 580 Not normal frequency while idle

The problem is pretty simple. I'm using ASUS AMD Radeon RX 580 AREZ DUAL OC and the idle frequency was 300 for core and 300 for memory. For some reason, now it's 600 for core and 1000 for memory in idle. Any way I can reduce it back to usual or at least find what loads my GPU? I re-installed drivers like 2 times already and dropped all the settings in AMD tool, nothing happens

Well, if you ever have the same question as mine, here is the answer. Dont turn on Record from the Desktop and Background Recording (Dunno how it's named in english version, so yeah). It just record everything on background and your GPU is working for nothing. Turn 1 of this things
