Hello, i bought a New 27" monitor, but i cant get the recommended resolution per dvi, is there a order in which monitores are connectet at the graphic card?

the recommended resolution is shown in w10,  but when i want to activate it, the screen is Black...

i have a second monitor in use..

In Windows 10 Settings - Display do you see both monitors? If so you need to set the monitors as follows:

thanx, it works by connecting the New monitor with hdmi cable.best regards, thomas
