RX 580 fan problem

Good, I have an RX 580 that its fans do not work well, I explain, to work it works, before I controlled the speed with MSI afterburner and without any problem, but I decided to start using AMD RADEON and automatically control with the program the fans, but these do not They work, I have to restart for fans to start. I tried to put them in manual mode but it happens the same. What I can do?

If you use fan controller from MSI AfterBurner, settings for AMD Radeon Settings software will not work. This means that AfterBurner can affect fan controls set by AMD. Disable AfterBurner for Windows startup and restart your computer. You will see that fan controls of Radeon Settings software will work smoothly.

Also use the latest driver. Older drivers exhibit strange behavior after monitor wake-up and sometimes disrupt fan controls.

I tried to uninstall MSI afterburner but the fans remained the same, my only solution is to restart the computer for it to work. I had version 19.9.2 of AMD Radeon and now I am going to install the version that you have shared, the newest one; 19.10.1 and I will install it with a clean installation, to see if that helps me.
Thanks friend

You can run MSI AfterBurner with AMD Radeon fan control. But you should reinstall AfterBurner and not touch fan controller with this.

I installed the new driver but nothing, all the same, MSI afterburner was going well, what happened was that it made the file D9D11.DLL fail me and not open several programs, so I removed it to solve that, but now I The fan thing happens, just restarting the fans starting, and if I try to play with the fans like this, this happens, It is a video recorded by me:

Do not use MSI AfterBurner. Go to WattMan and reset or reapply settings. Does your monitor have instant signal loss?

Better reinstall DX9 as it appears some files are MIA
