rx 580 Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.8.1 problem

After I've installed new optional ver of drivers (Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.8.1) I get some problem:

After few minutes/hours/secs I get blank, black, screen and messages for screen - no signal.

I use DP, never had problem like that before.

I cleaned all amd drivers and programs (watt man, ryzen master, chipset driver, gpu driver) and install old version - Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.5.2 

Now every is OK like it was so something wrong with a new one...

Yes I had update to 19.8.1, I find it very weird my monitor has playing up going flashing such as going black or turn off and back on few times also I watch youtube and noticed flicking as dark/bright flashing I was getting discomfortable, so I download previous back to 19.5.2 it much better had no problem, 19.8.1 need to be fix the problem asap

As I have major upgrade new motherboard, CPU etc also new monitor last week

SSD: 1TB Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 (for gaming) 

SSD: 2X 500GB Samsung 860 EVO (for windows) 

Video Card: Sapphire RX 580X 8GB Nitro+OC (brought this video card last month 

my old video card just die on me it was RX 560 will buy new video card next year)

PSU: Corsair RM 850i

Monitor: Viewsonic 32" WQHD Curved 1444Hz
