I just recently RMA'd my 580 8GB Sapphire and the new one is now showing green screens (after 2 months of use).

I've used it maybe 20 hours of video game time in 2 months, at limited FPS (120) no overclocking.

Software is up to date.

Anyone else experiencing this with this card?

Is it bad luck or am I doing something wrong?

was the Sapphire GPU replacement the same GPU card you turned in only repaired or a Refurbished GPU card replacement?

Try installing a previous AMD Driver from 2 months ago and see if it makes a difference.
