Hello. I want to record gameplay at 1080p 60fps from radeon app.
I also want to edit this video and export it in premiere and upload it in YouTube.
I made some tests but I got a lot pixels from basic rec or exported file from premiere.
Does anyone know what bitrate do I have to use ?
