Hello, good afternoon, I bought an 8gb RX 580 (new) and the video card is dropping a very large FPS until below 30 fps, games like State of Decay 2 - Juggernaut Edition drops less than that , I tested another video card in my computer (gtx 1660) and with it everything worked without problems, proving that I have no problems with the computer's configuration. I would like to know what is the solution to my problem?
