So just as the title states, anytime I go fullscreen my screen just blacks out, my audio cuts out and sometimes it just stays like that. Getting really annoying, got an RMA for my HDMI ports dying and they sent me a new GPU as a replacement instead of fixing my old one. So I'm working with a new RX 580 8GB. Not sure what's causing this, I was concerned it was just a malfunction and I got unlucky, but it's still happening and reading over the various forums, it's happening to other people too.
Tested a ton of "Fixes" and none seem to actually work. Not sure what Adrenalin is, I'm using the AMD software literally called "Radeon Software", I have all the settings I was told to turn off, off. Still getting the Black Screen. Haven't used FurMark before and I've only just found out about Wattman.
Anyone have an actual fix? My build is:
Mobo - Strix Z370-E Gaming
CPU - Intel i5 8600K 3.6Ghz 6-Core
GPU - Sapphire Pulse RX 580 8GB GDDR5
RAM - 16GB
Seriously though, I'm getting annoyed having to run all my games in windowed mode. Also Borderless Window doesn't work.
