RX 5700XT screen flickering

PC spes: 2600X CPU + 32GB 3000Mhz RAM  + B450M Titanium + 970 pro SSD + RX 5700XT + Cooler Master GX 650W  PSU without overlocking .

I have try every version driver, no any help.

Video doesn't seem to want to work for me but, it might be helpful to list which monitor and if you are using DP or HDMI. Not all cables are created equal, so you might want to try another just to rule out a faulty one.

Now I have brought a new monitor, using DP port.Still screen flickering

So, then I would say that rules out the display. If you're power supply is adequate, then you should have no issues with the card. There are quite a number of reports on the 5000 series mentioning artifacts and lines but this is the first I've read of the display flickering. Make sure the refresh rate is maxed out for the monitor and if that doesn't fix it I'd say RMA the card. I know it's a bit of a hassle to go through but that's honestly what I'd do if I were in the situation.
