RX 5700 XT problems pls help

After 5-10 minutes ingame the Card Heat up to 90 - 100 degrees then the clockfrequenzy dropps down to 0 which starts crashing the game. I have a Powercolor RX 5700 XT and newest drivers. already tried to underclock the card and moved up the coolerspeed. 

pls help me to fix this problem

100 degrees means 100% a severe issue with the cooling system of the card. RMA it immediately or inspect it if you can't send it back.
