RX 5700 XT high idle temperature

Hello! When I bought the Radeon RX 5700 XT (reference), the driver version 20.2.2 was installed. The temperature in idle time was 28-30 ° С. But after updating to new versions of the driver (starting from 20.3.1), the temperature of the video card in idle time increased to 50-55 ° С. What is the reason? And how can this be fixed?

This seem to happen since driver update 20.3.1.

When you start your PC, your AMD will use a bit of its clock speed that the GPU starts to generate a little bit of heat at first. But let it be, it'll soon really idle as the clocks go down. As you can see your GPU seems to idle at around 1Ghz, which normally it's around 800Mhz.
