You can see all in video. Other games works good. Need Help how can I fix it It happens at random moments on ALL competetive maps and not only on them My PC:

Ryzen 7 3800x

16 GB RAM

Radeon 5700 XT

CSGO video settings : all low, texture streaming off

Monitor : 144 hz, msi optix mag241c
