New build PC, bought a cheap RX 570 from eBay as a stop gap until the new gen cards become widely available. However, on start-up, the PC POSTs fine but on booting to Windows there will be no display output until the PC eventually BSODs with the message "VIDEO_TDP_FAILURE (amdkmdag.sys)". I can usually get it to start after a while - changing the display output from DisplayPort to HDMI or vice-versa usually works to solve it but it is a hassle having to go through this nearly every time I boot the PC.
I have tried reinstalling display drivers, a clean install of Windows and flashing the BIOS but none have solved the problem. The card works perfectly (from what I gather) when I can actually boot to Windows, making me think this is a software issue rather than a hardware one.
Help is much appreciated.
