Hello.

Before updating the drivers, playing "Mount and Blade" the RX 570 warmed up to 78C, but at the same time the FPS was about 35 in big battles. After upgrading to version 20.12.1, fps drops to 5 and the temperature does not rise above 50-55 C. I understand, this may be protection, but how to return the choice?

Try factory reset in Radeon software..

Check in Performance Tab that GPU clock & memory speeds are hitting stock rates.. 

use the AMD GPU Removal tool to uninstall completely & try again or install version 20.11.2 which is still the recommended driver version currently.
