hello I have some problems with my rx 570 it all started when I updated display drivers.
first of all is memory clock https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GQeukjCapnb4uetFnvtyZFDwWe9ZplOV/view?usp=sharing in asus app memory clock is set on 1200 from the beginning but in GPU-Z and MSI afterburner everything is set to normal. I think that this is just a software bug.
second on some videos especially on lives shows weird dots on peoples faces only while they are streaming with already uploaded video everything is ok. in the picture u will see same youtuber but on the right side he is streaming on the left side a finished one. https://drive.google.com/file/d/14Vm7AdebPWCoahBUyicFbf_B77oRKmPn/view?usp=sharing

but funny thing is that when I disable display from device manager and re enable it everything gets restored. u might think that I should do that but when I do it my pc starts to lag and can't open games.
P.S games run smoothly temps are okay and I have high FPS on HIGH settings
I am using an adapter from dp to hdmi because all the ports got broken except DP
