RX 5600 XT black screen with driver

Hello,

I have an ASRock AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT Challenger and this is already the 2nd model of this after having it replaced by the seller and both of them exhibit the same behavior. Working fine until an AMD driver is installed and suddenly black screen. And then my only option is to go into safe mode to disable or uninstall the driver. There must be a fix to this... right? But yet I have seen people just like me having this problem and it hasn't been fixed or even listed under "Known Issues" with any driver release...

System:

CPU: Intel Xeon X5460 @ 3.61GHz

RAM: 12GB DDR3 @ 1265MHz (one of my 4GB sticks somehow died T-T)

Mainboard: Gigabyte GA EP45-T DS3R

Extra graphicscard in system: ASUS AMD Radeon HD 7750 DirectCU Silent

I have been trying the card(s) in all sorts of configuration, I even went to lengths to install an EFI emulator (DUET and rEFInd) but to no avail. Always the same issue persists and the RX 5600 XT doesn't even allow a boot into the EFI emulator with video cable connected.

I appreciate all help
