My Sapphire RX 5600 XT is showing 99% utilization in AMD Radeon Settings Performance tab and in HWinfo. However, the temperatures show about 50-55 degrees C, which I think is normal for idle system. Is this a problem with sensor reporting or is there an issue with my video card? Please help!

Normal temperatures at idle would be a few degrees above ambient.

Just for reference my 5700xt at idle sits at 28-30C, draws only 10W of power and lowers the clock speed to 800ish.

When you open up task manager does it show any programs using the GPU?
