RX 480 XFX GTR black strange artifacts in a few programs and internet sites.

It randomly happens to some sites and programs but reloading or any interaction can fix it. I don't have acutal driver beacause it caused wiping out of videos in browser. I have this problem since the time I bought this card as new but it never disturbed me. Now I'm just curious if it's card broken or driver.

Crucial 8GB ram 2133MHz 

Seasonic eco 430W

AOC Q2260VWQ6

Driver:

Radeon Software Version 17.7

The first thing you should do is get a higher wattage power supply.

That GPU has a "suggested" minimum wattage PSU of 550w by XFX. 

Use the wattage calculator on the Sea Sonic web site and it suggest a minimum of 650w for your system. 

After that use DDU to remove the video driver and do a clean install of video driver.
