RX 480 Power Draw Measured By GPU-Z = Normal?

Hello.
I'm having a crash problem with games. Here is the other topic which i opened before : ASUS STRIX RX 480 O8G Causing System Freeze
I run AIDA64 stress test for 30 minutes. (All tests selected except HDD.)
Here is the power draw of the GPU. Does it normal? Sometimes it consumed 80 watts sometimes 140 watts momentarily. And the average is around 134 Watts.
Also GPU core voltage fluctated a lot. 1.11-1.13 (But i set 1.15 V at Wattman. It is stock voltage of my card honestly.)

Will my GPU or PSU have a problem according to these results?

Re: Does this power draw normal for RX 480 ?

Looks normal to me. The RX 480 can draw over 150w under stress.

Re: Does this power draw normal for RX 480 ?

Yes it can draw huge power under stress. My question is, the power draw fluctuation is normal or abnormal?
I though it can draw power by second like this:
143W - 138W- 145W - 150W- 142W- 138W- 145 W and so on...
But it drawed like this:
142W- 145W- 87W- 150W- 142W- 95W- 120W- 143W- 78W- 138W and so on...

The card can adjust voltages and clocks very quickly. not like the old cards which had just 3-5 states/
