RX 480 Core Clock problem

Hey,

I've got problem with my MSI RX 480 Gaming X 4Gb.

Since few months almost every game that is demanding is stuttering and sometimes making my pc crash (screen goes black, gpu fan goes 100%). Also when im trying to run userbenchmark, pc just crashes during graphics test. Also, the GPU never goes over 60 degrees Celsius, the fans are trying to make the card stay under 60 degrees all the time. If it helps, im using triple monitors setup.

What i've tried:

-reinstalling drivers using DDU and rollbacking to older versions

-changing power limit, fan speed, temp target etc

-different graphic settings in games, even older games like Stalker are not working properly - in 1024x768 resolution, with 60 FPS limit and on lowest possible settings the game still continues to stutter, so to me it seems like it's not hardware related problem.

My full PC Setup is:

PSU: XFX ts 550W

RAM: 2x8 2133 MHz from Kingston

GPU: MSI RX 480 GAMING X 4G

CPU: I5-6400

MOBO: MSI H110M PRO-VD

SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 250GB

What's weird is that few demanding games, namely Forza Horizon 4 and Forza Horizon 3 are working perfectly on a mix of high/ultra settings.

Im adding GPU-z graph as attachment to this post.
