2 things to consider, 8GB of memory is hardly enough these days in gaming

the PSU was not mentioned and lower quality ones tend to lose max capacity over time

might be worth it to consider a modernization to oAM4 if you can afford it

modular 80 Plus gold power supplies are now low cost and bumpint to 650W allows for overclocking and extra hard disks etc

unused cables are not installed making the rig more neat and tidy

try to find some 8GB memory sticks which will do wonders for windows 10

that is because your CPU is not powerful enough to keep up

I had same issue on my rx 480 8 gb blackscreen and the system crash will my gpu fans spinning at 100%. I fix it with changing thermal paste on gpu it was completely dry and issue with my gpu is gone. I used Arctic mx-2 thermal paste.
Hope it helps.
