The same configuration ( monitor, DVI cable ) with an very old nVidia card ( 250 GTS ) can display 1080p - 72Hz
With AMD card ( RX 480 ) max is 60Hz
Using AMD card, only through HDMI the 72Hz works
The monitor have HDMI input, not DVI
Cable is DVI - HDMI
Why nVidia card send 1080p - 72Hz through DVI - HDMI cable and with AMD only 60Hz?
