When I boot my PC, the AMD Radeon 19.4.2 drivers do not startup with it. The computer takes much longer to start up, is slower, and the saturation change I used through the drivers does not take effect. I also get a message that says no AMD drivers were detected. When I restart my PC through Windows, the computer boots up with the drivers in effect, and my games run fine. I would like to resolve this issue so that the drivers work when I initially boot up my computer.
