It looks washed out when i turn HDR on and Netflix looks horrible, like its in 256 colors. Below is screenshot of my problem. When i watch Netflix through the app in TV it looks perfect and awesome. On PS4 its ok too. Now my display is 50" Samsung LED TV (4K & HDR). I use HDMI 2.0 cable to connect GPU to TV (TV doesnt have display port).
I searched the web and read people have this problem with BenQ monitors too. Anyone knows a solution or reason for this? BTW if i watch Youtube HDR videos on PC they look very good. Problem is with Netflix and mainly dark areas.

I have an LG 4K IPS panel and I use DisplayPort 1.4 with it and it works fine with HDR enabled.

HDMI is too bandwidth starved to be useful

I have find article that solves this problem, u need to watch netflix in Edge and its working properly. It has nothing to do with HDMI or Display port, since HDR is working on HDMI on ps4 correctly

PS4 and Xbox One both support HDR but I do not have any consoles
