running two monitors on my laptop

I have a HP 2000 Laptop with AMD HD 6310 Graphics card. I hooked up two external monitors (VGA/HDMI), but one will not work. It shows up, but it says it's disabled. It will only allow me to extend to just one monitor at a time. I no my card can run 3 monitors, so what is the problem? Can anyone help me.

Having two monitor ports doesn't necessarily mean you can have two connected.

Did you check with HP support to see if it's possible, and/or if any limitation on monitor resolution/frequency.
