Replacement for old GPU

My old GPU got broken, so I need to find reasonable replacement. I've used only Nvidia graphic cards before, but I'd like to try to switch to Radeon. My last GPU was GTX 1070 Ti. I'd like to buy a GPU with similar specs or maybe better.

Other specs of my PC:

Asrock Z370 extreme4

Intel i9-9900K

32 GB RAM

The main thing is software I use:

Blender
Artec Studio
Zbrush
Marmoset Toolbag
Substance Painter

All are the last versions.

If you can get a AMD 6000 series GPU card would be the best option but the cheaper RX5700XT is comparable or slightly better than the Nvida GTX1070ti as per this GPU Tech site: https://www.gpucheck.com/compare/amd-radeon-rx-5700-xt-vs-nvidia-geforce-gtx-1070-ti/intel-core-i7-8...

The AMD 6000 Series would probably be the best option but they are extremely expensive and hard to get for the time being.  So even though this website doesn't recommend to update to the RX5700XT since it is slightly better than the Nvidia GTX1070ti

Or you can purchase a AMD Professional GPU card which are more expensive than AMD Consumer GPU cards but has Drivers made for professional workstation type programs and the GPUs are made for Workstation PC type of environment.
