[Trafficlight]

Hi All, 

I have a problem with Record Desktop which has worked fine until recently in the beginning of December 2020. 

Current Setup Windows 10 Home

CPU AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Eight-Core Processor 8 Cores

GPU AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT Primary/Discrete

VRAM 8176 MB GDDR6 1750 MHz

RAM 16 GB

Driver Version : 20.12.1

My resolution is set to - 1920 x 1080 which is the recommended setting listed in display properties. 

Every time I press record or use the hotkeys to record my desktop a file is produced that is 1KB. 

Then nothing. 

I have uninstalled the Radeon Software and re-installed with fresh installation including removing all user settings. 

This did not fix the problem. is anyone experiencing a similar challenge  or know of a fix ?

I was unable to locate the source of the problem but ......  

corrected it by uninstalling completely again and removing user settings then

re-installing the older version Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.11.2 Recommended (WHQL)

Since upgraded to Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.12.1 Optional (WHQL) and still working ? 

chalk this up to problem exists at the keyboard ?
