Really weird behavior. Please help

I have an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42 with a Ryzen 7 2700U and Radeon RX560 X. At startup, no game works fine. they all load slowly and then run at like 3 fps. I have to constantly restart my laptop until they load quickly, because that's when they work as well. But games like Minecraft still don't have stable 60 fps. I have recently installed new GPU drivers through the Radeon Settings app. I really have no idea what is happening.

1. disable Telemetry
2. disable Windows Defender
3. buy SSD to install OS
4. disable any unneeded program for autostart

have in mind - the AN515-42 is meant to be plugged in while gaming (as most Gaming-Laptops) - so if you use it solely on battery you should consider to disable dGPU and use ryzenadj to push it a little further (have in mind that DUAL-CHANNEL RAM - boosts FPS significantly)
