This is my second SW271. Of course the first one had the same problem. I opened a Ticket with Benq support and they told me that it was a problem of my monitor. So I sent back it to the reseller for a substitution. Every ticket in Benq is associated to the serial number of the product so I must open a new ticket with new serial number. I will open it and I will post the reference number in the new thread.
In every case the reference number of the old ticket is CETS#2019011031000725, I suppose it's closed.
