Razer Core X and 2017 Macbook Pro 13inch with amd rx580

HEllo I am trying to run a Macbook Pro with Ventura 13.2.1 to have 4 monitors.

I stumbled across a Razer Core X and purhcased and I purchased a RX580.

Now mny macbook is not recognizing the EGPU but it does say an EGPU has been disconnect imporperly when i disconnect.

The Graphics card I put into a Windows PC and i booted it up and it runs fine. I checked everywhere the products all should be compativle. When i do a system or usage inquiry on mac no egpu pops up.  what aam i missing and why wont my macbook read the Graphics card on the razer core x. The razer core X does appear in the thunder bolt ports when i look at the system diagnosis and the graphics card is spinning. when I turn it on.

First make sure you have the correct Thunderbolt 3 Cable to the eGPU and that your Laptop can support it.

I have this Apple eGPU website bookmarked for this occasion: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208544

The Razor Core X should work but I don't know how many Displays it supports. You will need to open a Razor Support Ticket to see if that eGPU support 4 Displays at the same time or not.

Found this Reddit Thread about the Maximum Displays by a eGPU. You might find it helpful since one User was able to connect 4 displays to his eGPU: https://www.reddit.com/r/eGPU/comments/wu9yik/questions_about_maximum_bandwidth_and/
