raise the game

We just purchased a couple of RX 590 graphics cards for a Client.  We purchased them from an authorized distributor (D&H).  Our client then showed us this link: https://www.amd.com/en/gaming/raise-the-game

We have tried to work it out with D&H and Asus for the three free games for our client, but have had no resolution.  The site tells the client to take it up with the reseller, which is us.  How can my client get the three games being promoted for buying an RX 590 graphics card?

From the link you posted:

Just because D&H is a authorized Distributor they must be participating in the Promotion. If they are not part of the AMD Promotion you are out of luck.

"Participating" Retailers MUST give the Coupon or Game codes to be redeemed at AMD Rewards site. AMD doesn't give out any codes. They only redeem them from the participating Retailers or Manufacturers.
