Rainbow Six Siege vertical lines, flickering, artifacts?

I am getting some strange graphical issues in Rainbow Six Siege. I want to know whether this is a known issue, or if it is something that can be fixed. I have a 2200g and have this same problem to this day even after the new driver.

This STILL happens on MacBook Pros with Vega GPUs in Boot Camp. AMD has not updated the Boot Camp drivers in months, and the ones they released were out of date when they dropped.

AMD, seriously, update the damn Boot Camp drivers already.
