Radeon XT 6600 not allowing 2560x1080 resolution on ultrawide screen

Greetings

we recently upgraded graphics card from Nvidia Geforce 1060 6Gb to the Radeon XT 6600 8Gb

PC specs

Intel i9 , 32 Gb ram

3 monitors 2x 24' (1920x1080) and 1x ultawide (2560x1080)

computer is used for video editing and ultawide has always worked with 2560x1080 resolution but now its not an option and when we try use custom resolution it says screen not compatible and only goes up to 1920x1080 and stretches display and we cant edit correctly on it as its the main editing screen

but its works fine on Geforce 1060 ( we have had pc for 3 years)

how do i resolve this issue as we dont want to replace the ultrawide screen

1- screen 1 Dell - HDMI to Display port, Screen 2 Dell HDMI to HDMI, Screen 3 LG Ultrwide HDMI to Display Port

2- Correct Extended across 3 screens

3- Windows 10

4- Dell 24inch x2 , LG Ultrawide

5- LG - 59.9, 2x dell 60

question 1 made me think, i moved the LG Ultrawide to HDMI to HDMI and it gets correct resolution

Thank you @fsadough for your assistance appreciate the fast response and solution

  1. What are the cables and adapters you are using on each monitor?
  2. I assume you are in extended mode, correct?
  3. Windows OS?
  4. Make and model of the monitors?
  5. What are the refresh modes and bpp set to?
