Radeon software not forcing Vsync

Hi all,

I have noticed that no matter what I set in the Radeon software it does not force vsync. my monitor is a 60hz panel and if I enable Wait for Vertical Sync to Always on in Radeon software games are not limited to 60fps. If I enable the setting in-game it is always fine. Two recent Examples are Resident Evil 3 remake and Squad. Just curious if this is a known issue or if there is some other setting I need or if I am doing something wrong. It used to be pretty straight forward in the Nvidia control panel. Just enable it when/if required in there and it will apply. it seems that Vsync is not applied via Radeon Software when enabling via this method. Issue has been present since buying my 6900XT so issue persists across multiple driver releases. (Every release since July 2021). FYI I have already done clean driver installs using DDU.
