It always start fine with windows but I noticed that after some time it disappears from taskbar (down far right) mostly when I play or exit game. In event viewer in Administrative logs there is this:

I didn't notice any perfomance problems, I strongly beliave this is just esthetic problem. Should I ignore this? When I open Radeon software exe after it disappears, it open normaly.
GPU is RX 580 8GB, driver version is 20.11.2, OS is Windows 10.
