Hello. I bought a new PC, I used it for 2 weeks normally. Then the artifacts began. The screen turns off, after it all the rest of the peripherals, and the system unit works. The same problems even in the game "Tomb Raider: Legend". I noticed that there are 0 rpm fans in Adrenaline. If you click on "Manage settings - Manually" and accept, then the coolers start spinning. If you start the game, they also start spinning.
Ryzen 5 2600 3.4GHz
8 gb RAM (goldkey 8gb ddr4 pc 2400 cl17)
RX 580 8 gb(Driver version 20.11.2)
Aerocool VX PLUS 650w

I solved the problem by lowering the voltage. As I understand it, this problem was that the video card was overheating. Stock voltage 1150, lowered to 1000. So far, I do not observe artifacts and other problems.
