So I spent over um amount of $ for this card at Best buy, and it continues to crash any games or while in idle on my desktop. I stopped reporting the issue as nothing is getting done to fix this. I have read posts to install prev ver of DD's.
I have done ver's 18.3.4 all the way to 21.5.2 uninstall/reinstall, test and crash. all reported using the report bug issue.
my pc currently has the following hardware;
ROG Strix B550-F (wi-fi) MoBo
32G thermaltake Ram DDR44 3200mhz (supported)
8tb hdd (seagate)
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
thermaltake 1050 Power Supply
Radeon RX580 8Gb
So can someone pls advise me on suggestions? thank you
