Recently completed building my new system. For a few weeks it was running fine. The last couple of days the system boots fine but when starting a game on Steam or exiting a game on Steam the screen will take on a bright green hue. This happens randomly and will return to normal after a reboot. My HP Monitor is new and connected by a new HDMI cable. The monitor only has connectors for HDMI and VGA so my only choice is HDMI. So far I have updated the drivers using the AMD installer, tried a different HDMI cable, and reseated the graphics card. Nothing has helped. I have not attempted to overclock. System basics are.
