Radeon R9 380 artifacts

Hi!
I recently bought a used Sapphire Radeon R9 380 Compact graphics card. It produces visual artifacts on the windows desktop and 2d applications. Gaming is fine no artifacts or whatsoever. Furmark ran for an hour without a single artifact or glitch. Temps are perfectly fine too. As soon as the card renders something that is 2d it starts to artifact on movement. Sometimes the screen goes black for a few seconds and the driver resets itself. The computer is perfectly usable for gaming and other 3d stuff but that is a very annoying issue. Is there anything I can do to make things better or that is the end of the road for the gpu?
Things I've tried:

-Using another PCI-E slot

-Reseating the graphics card

-Clean installing drivers after DDU

-Using another HDMI cable

-Using another display

Get a proper working card and use this current one for mining.

I assume you bought a post-mining sample which has some problems on it, lol.

If you can get another card, any random one, e.g. from one of your friend's or family PC, pop it in to be sure, but it's 95% a hardware problem assuming you did

Typically this can mean the solder balls under the chip are cracking and not making proper contact wit hthe board so the graphics chip should be reflowed or better still, reballed.
