Radeon R9 350 with i7-6700 and two monitors Phillips BDM4350 and LG IPS277. When the computer wakes from sleeping only the LG (which is display #2) will fire up. To fix this I need to physically unplug and replug the DP cable and both monitors will work

need help fixing this.
