I cannot seem to run any version of Radeon Software Adrenalin above 20.5 without screen flicker. AMD tech support suggested running AMD DDU and doing a fresh install. I tried both 20.8 and the newly released 20.9. Neither work. 20.9 causes complete system instability. I tried to troubleshoot by running the display through HDMI instead of DP and I was seeing very low voltage on VRAM 200-800mv instead of 1750mv. I've run stock settings, undervolt, and slight overclocks with 20.5 without issue. None of those settings work with 20.5+
I'm at a loss. I just want to play RDR2 and do some video editing. This sucks.
