r9 390 LiveKernelEvent crashes

My motherboard died, so I upgraded it and replaced the cpu at the same time.

I tried a windows reset and started getting Live Kernel Event crashes in games, I tried reinstalling chipsets, drivers, etc but to no avail so have done a full clean install this morning, fresh drivers etc and I still get these errors, googling the bucked ID, I believe these are specific to the AMD card.

I'm unsure if this is a software issue ( I hope) or a hardware problem, but any advice would be apprciated.
