r9 290 freeze while installing driver + black screen

hi everyone, i bought a r9 290 (new) on wednesday and I cannot install the latest driver. While the driver is to be install, the pc freeze and i get a black screen. After reboot a black screen again. So I clean everything with ddu and try it again and again, every time with the same result. Can anybody help me ?

My specs: AMD FX9590
16GB RAM

R9 290 Club 3D Royal Queen

Thermaltake Berlin 630 W

i have the same issue on my Dell 5423 14z

AMD Radeon HD 7570m .It says "Standard VGA Adapter" in the Device manager.It also says"Device cannot Start (Code 10)" under general in the device manager
