R9 200 series not letting me use my 3rd monitor on W10.

AMD R9 290

Desktop

W10 64b

Adrenalin 18.2.3 (updated it today after deleting the previous one completely)

The 1st monitor is a Samsung C32F391 running at 1080p 60hz through HDMI to HDMI

The 2nd one is a Gateway HD2201 running at 1050p 60hz through HDMI to DVI with an active adapter

The 3rd is an I-INC Hanns.G iH232 running at 1080p HDMI to DVI-I with an active adapter

Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H rev 1.1 AM inc. F18i 1/6/2014

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz, 3701 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

Corsair TX650W Gold

16GB DDR3

When I try to extend the 3rd display it shows this message: nBfgE6Q.png

Now here is where it gets interesting; it works perfectly when I run Linux, I don't even have to set up anything as soon as I installed my distro and installed the drivers from AMD it worked like a charm. So why does it not work in the most widely used OS in the entire world?
