Problems with R9 270X

Hi!

Recently I've got a problem with my R9 270X graphics card.

Here is the configuration of my desktop PC:

- graphics card: AMD R9 270X;

- desktop PC;

- OS: Windows 7 64bit;

- driver version: Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 18.1.1;

- display device: Samsung SyncMaster 931BF 1280x1024 @75Hz DVI to DVI adapter;

- motherboard: MSI Z77A-G43 Bios version V2.11;

- CPU: Intel Core i3-3240;

- power supply unit: 700W;

- RAM: 8Gb.

Here is the description of the issue:

During the PC start there are two vertical stripes (approximately 2 centimeters width each) near the left and right borders of the screen. So, the BIOS started, then I see the Windows 7 logo on the black screen and then there are no Windows greeting screen with the blue background. Also I see that the HDD-activity led stops blinking. When I detached the AMD graphics card from my PC and connected the DVI adapter to the onboard DVI port everything started to work normal.

Could you, please, provide me with possible diagnosis of my graphics card?

Hi!
Unfortunately, I didn't get any help in this community, but I visited a repair service where guys just "reconnected" the AMD-chip (I mean, they unsoldered it and then soldered it back again, they call it "reballing"). And that did the trick!
