First of all english isn't my first language so sorry for my grammar.
my setup:
cpu: ryzen 5 2600x
gpu: rx 6650 xt xfx
psu: seasonic 650W 80+platinum
ssd: M.2 for windows only
ssd: 1T for game (isn't full)
motherboard : asus tuf b450 gaming plus
ram Vengeance LPX DDR4 2x8gb 3000Mhz
and water cooling
I just bought rx 6650 xt and i can't reach max power (163watt) i have only 120watt max when i do test charge on amd adrenalin.
i tried to play with in league of legends i have under 100 and 110 fps max (Before i bought rx 6650 i had rx590 and i had under 120 and 144 fps)
in other game i have exactly the same fps then my rx590
max frequency on my 6650 xt setup on 2724Mhz / mini setup on 700Mhz
Vram max frequency 2188Mhz.
and i have the lastest version of driver.
So if you have any ideas.
