Try restarting the computer for basic install using Windows.
Or
Download AMD Radeon Software full install from AMD Drivers web page then disconnect from the internet and restart computer, go to download and double click to start the install process and then reconnect PC to the internet while software is configuring to run.
Choose custom install and clean uninstall option if available.
